As part of Manatee County Government we work behind the scenes to attract, retain and support sports events and organizations on both the mainland and islands. The "Sports Team" will promote Manatee County as a preferred destination for state, regional, national and international sporting events. This is accomplished by supplying prospective organizations with facility information and professional services, thereby increasing tourism, creating a positive impact for local business and providing entertainment and sports opportunities for community youth.
